Finally, Federico and Katrina's secondary residence. Well-hidden from other neighborhoods and distinct in the Italian landscape, this house was built by a renowned architect specially hired by Katrina. Difficult to access and little known to anyone, Federico and Katrina consider this house a true cocoon, a paradise on Earth.

Nevertheless, being a progressive individual, Federico's house does not exempt itself from the norm and houses an advanced laboratory and research center. With a modern and even futuristic appearance, Paradiso Serafino (the house) stands out with its shapes, organic curves, and its placement on the edge of a cliff.

A true challenge and feat that the architect had to overcome in the year 2106, one year before the events of the game.
