Gemelli Hospital
The Gemelli Hospital is a medical facility currently undergoing renovations for the past few years to stay up-to-date. As industries progress and expand, the medical field must follow suit. Despite the increasing number of unknown diseases emerging each year, it is impressive to see how researchers and doctors fight and manage to find solutions to the most challenging cases.
Some diseases have even been completely eradicated, such as the flu or Covid. Unfortunately, there is a growing number of degenerative diseases that weaken the immune system, already damaged by the air and the slight changes in seasons.

The hospital receives over a hundred patients every day, but the influx is so recurrent that the hospital had taken clear and effective directives, making it the most renowned hospital in Napoli, if not in Italy. Bacteriology doctors and researchers share this large space and collaborate to find solutions and try to stay ahead of the next diseases and viruses that may emerge from the warming and changing Earth. Machines and artificial intelligences support doctors, allowing for the quick and efficient treatment of numerous patients. Robots do not experience fatigue, and thanks to Mente Scope, they have been programmed using the Zero Gravity model, allowing them to retain their power and characteristics but lose all mass, making them easily transportable and transferrable from one operating room to another.

Therefore, Gemelli Hospital is a beautiful representation of what progress should be: a good mix of humans and artificial intelligences, without unnecessary conflicts or disputes. However, because there is always a "but," the hospital depends heavily on Napoli itself and its system led by the mayor. This means that the budget can be tightened at any time to prioritize research and development at Mente Scope.
Napoli and Mente Scope being closely connected, if Federico does not invest enough in medicine, the hospital loses a significant source of support and must draw from its funds. This is not the case during the events of NoTemp'o, as Federico fully relies on Gemelli Hospital to save his wife, Katrina.
